These community store pages are operated by Orion Yes, a sole trader trading as Monolith Corp (England & Wales). This is not a limited company. These policies cover virtual Unturned ranks, kits and related digital perks sold through the Flux Stripe/Steam storefronts — they are separate from Monolith game-server hosting Terms at monolith-corp.org/terms.html.
This notice explains how Galactus Semi-RP / Flux community checkout processes personal data. It is an operational summary, not legal advice. Hosting privacy (if any) is separate from this community-store notice.
1. What we collect
- Steam: Steam ID, display name, avatar URL (via Steam OpenID / session).
- Orders: plan/package ID, brand, amounts, timestamps, promo codes, gift recipient Steam ID if applicable, delivery status.
- Technical: IP address, user-agent and basic logs needed for security, fraud prevention and debugging.
- Payments: processed by Stripe — card data is handled by Stripe under their terms. See stripe.com/privacy.
2. Why we use it
- To authenticate you, take payment, deliver virtual goods, and provide support.
- To prevent fraud, abuse and chargeback misuse.
- To meet legal/accounting obligations.
3. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share data with processors needed to run the store (notably Stripe for payments, hosting infrastructure for the site/API, and Discord only when you contact us there). Steam remains governed by Valve’s policies for your Steam account.
4. Retention
Order and identity metadata are kept as long as needed for delivery, support, fraud prevention and legal/tax reasons, then deleted or anonymised when no longer required.
5. Your choices
You may request access or deletion where applicable by contacting support. Some records must be retained for legal/fraud reasons. A postal address is not published yet; contact channels above are the primary route (same approach as Monolith legal pages).
6. International
Infrastructure and processors may be outside the UK/EEA; we use them only as needed to operate the storefront and payments.
