Terms of
Service.
Plain rules for accounts, payments, hosting and liability. Sole trader trading as Monolith Corp — not a limited company.
Last updated: 9 September 2026.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Monolith Corp game-server hosting and related billing and control-panel services. By creating an account, placing an order, or using the services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance
You accept these Terms when you register, purchase, renew, or continue to use the services after we publish an update. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
Related policies form part of the overall terms of use: Acceptable Use, Privacy notice, Cookies, and Refunds & cancellation.
2. Who we are
The service is operated by a sole trader / single owner-operator trading as Monolith Corp. This is not a registered limited company. We do not publish a Companies House number.
Primary contact for account, billing and legal notices: logged-in support tickets at https://billing.monolith-corp.org/. Secondary community channel: Discord https://discord.gg/2EmBqHJk6.
Postal address: There is currently no published postal service address. Customers should use billing tickets. This is a temporary disclosure gap we intend to close when a suitable address is available. We are not inventing or listing a false address.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. If you use the services on behalf of another person or organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind them.
4. Service description
We provide paid game-server hosting with related billing and panel access:
- Public site: monolith-corp.org
- Billing / Paymenter: https://billing.monolith-corp.org
- Control panel: https://panel.monolith-corp.org
Game servers for the current offering are hosted in Germany. Customers are commonly UK-facing; latency and regional laws may still apply based on where you and your players are.
Exact plan resources, games, and features are described at checkout and in your billing account. We may change catalogues, pricing, and software images; material changes to active paid services will be communicated through billing or the panel where practical.
5. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration and billing details and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, including users you invite to servers or billing. Tell us promptly via a billing ticket if you suspect unauthorised access.
We may refuse, suspend, or close accounts that are abusive, fraudulent, unpaid, or in breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
6. Acceptable use
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. Breach can lead to suspension or termination without refund where permitted by law (see also Refunds).
7. Payments, renewals and auto-renew
Prices are shown at checkout in the billing portal. Payments are processed by card processors such as Stripe through our Paymenter billing system. We do not store full card numbers on our own servers; the processor handles card data under its terms.
Subscriptions may auto-renew for the selected billing cycle unless you cancel before renewal in the billing portal. Pay-as-you-go or one-off products renew only if the product is set up that way—check your service status in billing.
Failed payments may lead to suspension after reminders. Taxes (if any) are charged as shown at checkout; we do not invent VAT numbers or tax registrations on these pages.
8. Trials
Where a trial is offered (for example a short free period such as the TRYMONOLITH 1-day free trial that requires a card on the billing site), trial rules at checkout apply. A trial is not a guarantee of continued free service. After the trial, paid billing may start unless you cancel in time. Abuse of trials (multiple accounts, chargebacks after use) may lead to refusal of further trials or account action. See Refunds & cancellation.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate services for non-payment, AUP or Terms breach, legal risk, or operational emergency. You may cancel according to Refunds & cancellation and your billing controls.
On termination we may delete server data after a short retention window unless law or a ticket agreement requires otherwise. Export your data before cancelling.
10. Data and backups
Backups and snapshots may be offered as part of the hosting workflow. They are a best-effort aid, not a warranty of perfect, complete, or forever-available recovery. Keep your own off-platform copies of critical worlds, configs and databases. We are not liable for data loss beyond what non-excludable law requires.
11. Uptime
We aim for reliable hosting but do not promise absolute uptime or an unconditional SLA unless a specific written SLA is stated for your product. Maintenance, upstream network events, DDoS, game updates and your own software can cause downtime. Credits, if any, are only as stated for that product.
12. Intellectual property and game licences
Monolith branding, site content and panel software remain ours or our licensors’. You retain rights in content you upload, subject to the licences needed to host and run it.
You must own or hold valid rights to run any game server software, mods, plugins, maps, assets and player content you install. You must comply with each game publisher’s terms, EULA and multiplayer rules. We do not sell game licences with hosting unless expressly stated.
13. Limitation of liability
Subject to the next paragraph, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the services in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us for the affected service in that period.
We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under English law (including non-excludable consumer statutory rights).
To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost goodwill, or loss of data beyond the backup terms above.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may allow you to bring claims in your home jurisdiction where applicable.
