Privacy
notice.
What we collect for hosting, billing and tickets — and how to exercise your rights.
Last updated: 9 September 2026.
This privacy notice explains how personal data is handled when you use Monolith Corp websites, billing, panel and hosting. It is written in a UK GDPR / UK data protection style. It is not legal advice.
1. Controller
The data controller is the sole trader trading as Monolith Corp (not a limited company). There is no appointed Data Protection Officer.
Contact for privacy requests: logged-in support tickets at https://billing.monolith-corp.org/. Secondary: Discord https://discord.gg/2EmBqHJk6 (less suitable for formal subject-access requests).
There is currently no published postal service address. Please use billing tickets. This is a temporary disclosure gap.
2. What data we process
- Account data — name or display name, email, password hashes or auth tokens, account IDs.
- Billing data — invoices, plan choices, payment status, limited billing contact details. Full card numbers are handled by Stripe / card processors, not stored by us in full.
- Support tickets — messages and attachments you send through billing tickets (and, if you choose, Discord messages).
- Hosting / server metadata — server IDs, resource usage, IP addresses needed to run and secure hosting, console/logs as configured, backups metadata.
- Technical logs — IP addresses, browser/user-agent, approximate security and abuse signals on our sites and panels.
- Cookies / similar tech — see Cookies.
We do not intentionally collect special-category data. Please do not put sensitive health or similar data in tickets unless strictly necessary.
3. Purposes and lawful bases
- Contract — create and manage your account, provide hosting, billing, renewals, and support you request.
- Legitimate interests — security, fraud/abuse prevention, service improvement, defending legal claims, communicating service changes. You may object where applicable.
- Legal obligation — tax, accounting, or responding to lawful requests where they apply.
- Consent — where we rely on consent (for example non-essential cookies, if used). You can withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing.
4. Processors and recipients
We use service providers who process data on our instructions or as independent controllers where their product requires it, including:
- Stripe and related card processors (payments through Paymenter).
- Hosting / infrastructure providers for Germany-hosted game servers and related systems.
- Billing platform (Paymenter) and control panel tooling.
- Discord if you contact us there (Discord’s own terms and privacy policy also apply).
We do not sell your personal data.
5. Retention
We keep account and billing records for as long as the account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for invoices, disputes, security and legal requirements. Server files and backups are kept according to product settings and may be deleted after cancellation. Ticket content is retained while useful for support history, then deleted or minimised. Exact periods vary by record type; ask via ticket if you need detail for your account.
6. Your rights
Under UK data protection law you may have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability, and rights related to automated decision-making (we do not use solely automated decisions with legal effects about you). You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
To exercise rights, open a billing ticket so we can verify the account holder. We may need to keep some data where law or establishing/defending claims requires it.
7. International transfers
Servers for the current game-hosting offering are in Germany. Processors (including Stripe and Discord) may process data in the UK, EEA, US or other countries. Where transfers leave the UK/EEA we rely on appropriate safeguards used by those providers (such as standard contractual clauses) where required.
8. Contact

Use a billing ticket.
