This accessibility statement applies to the public Monolith Corp website and describes our approach for related billing and panel surfaces we control.

1. Commitment

As a private-sector provider serving the public online, we aim to meet our duties under the Equality Act 2010, including making reasonable adjustments so disabled people are not substantially disadvantaged when using our services.

2. Standard we aim for

We aim for WCAG 2.2 Level AA on pages we author as static HTML (including this legal pack and FAQ-style inner pages): semantic headings, skip link to main content, visible focus styles, and contrast consistent with the site CSS.

3. Known limitations

• Homepage SPA shell — parts of the marketing homepage behave as a single-page application shell; some deep paths may not map 1:1 to static documents without redirects.
• Third-party billing and panel — billing.monolith-corp.org (Paymenter) and panel.monolith-corp.org include third-party UI. Their accessibility varies; we cannot fully control upstream components.
• Embedded or external services — Discord, Stripe Checkout and similar inherit their own accessibility.

We will improve issues we can fix on our own HTML/CSS when reported.

4. Reasonable adjustments

If you need content in an alternative format, help completing checkout, or another adjustment, open a billing ticket and describe what you need. We will consider requests reasonably and proportionately for a sole-trader hosting service.

5. How to report issues

Report accessibility problems via logged-in tickets at https://billing.monolith-corp.org/. Include the page URL, what you tried, and your assistive technology if relevant. Discord (https://discord.gg/2EmBqHJk6) is secondary.
