These are operational policy pages for the Wildpine community store. They are not legal advice. Consumer statutory rights under UK law are not excluded where they cannot be excluded.
1. Operator
These community store pages are operated by Orion Yes, a sole trader trading as Monolith Corp (England & Wales). This is not a limited company. These policies cover virtual Unturned ranks, kits and related digital perks sold through the Flux Stripe/Steam storefronts — they are separate from Monolith game-server hosting Terms at monolith-corp.org/terms.html.
This storefront sells Wildpine community packages via the Flux checkout (Steam auth + Stripe).
2. Eligibility
- You must be 18 years or older (or the age of digital consent in your place of residence, if higher) to purchase.
- You must have authority to use the payment method and the Steam account used at checkout.
- If you buy as a gift, the same rules apply to both purchaser and recipient.
3. What you are buying
You are purchasing digital / virtual content for Unturned community servers — typically ranks, kits, tags, vaults or similar perks listed on the storefront. These are not Monolith hosting subscriptions, physical goods, or Valve/Steam Store products.
- Descriptions on the storefront at the time of purchase describe what is offered. Package contents, prices and availability may be updated by administrators.
- Ranks/kits are generally permanent for that community brand unless the listing says otherwise (for example timed passes).
- A map wipe, season reset or server rebuild does not by itself entitle you to a refund of permanent ranks unless the listing advertised otherwise.
4. Steam account & delivery target
- You must sign in with Steam before checkout. Purchases are linked to the Steam account used (or the resolved gift recipient).
- The Steam account at checkout must match the account that should receive the perks. Wrong-account orders caused by your choice of login or gift target are your responsibility.
- Gifts require a valid Steam64 ID / profile we can resolve; gift purchases follow the same Terms and Refunds rules.
5. Payment
Card and supported payment methods are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Prices are shown on the storefront (typically USD) and charged as presented at checkout.
6. Delivery & cooling-off
After payment confirmation, performance/delivery of the digital content begins immediately (queued for automated grant on the relevant community server). By completing checkout you request immediate supply of digital content. Where UK/EU cooling-off rules would otherwise apply, that right may be lost once delivery begins with your consent. 7. Conduct & revocation
- Cheating, exploits, harassment, account trading (RMT of accounts), chargeback abuse or other breaches of these Terms / community rules may result in removal of perks without refund.
- Staff decisions on moderation are final within the community, subject to contacting support if you believe a delivery or billing error occurred.

8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we provide community virtual goods “as described” at purchase. We are not liable for Valve/Steam outages, your own device/network issues, or loss of enjoyment after a fair wipe/reset. Nothing here limits liability for death/personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liabilities that cannot be limited under England & Wales law.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. UK consumers may also benefit from mandatory protections in their place of residence.
